PORK CURRY WITH GORAKA (AMBUL THIYAL STYLE)


















Ingredients

1 lb Pork
3-4 pieces goraka ground fine
10 oz water
Salt to taste

Ingredients that need to be roasted

1 tspn chillie powder
1 tspn cumin powder
1 tspn sweet cumin
2 tspn coriander powder
1 sprig of curry leaves
2 cloves garlic chopped
6 cloves
2 tspn pepper powder
2 inch piece sera/rampe




Method

Wash and cut Pork into small pieces. Boil the goraka pieces until tender. Grind it to a fine paste in a food processor.
Roast the ingredients mentioned above into a dark colour. Mix all ingredients well with Pork. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer until gravy is thick and meat is tender.
