Sri Lankan Style Seafood and Sausages Rice
Ingredients :300 g Basmathi1 onion slicedgarlicgreen chili sliced50 g peel prawns50 g calamari rings100 g crad2 sausagescoriander leavessaltpepper1/2 tsp tumaric powdercloves, cardamom and cinnamon
Method :1. Cook the rice separately with spices.2. Head the pan.add onion garlic and saute,fallow with prawns,calamari cook the seafood3. Add the rice and mixed ,mean while boiled the crab keep separately.4. Finish the rice with season with salt and pepper,add coriander leaves.
