Sri Lankan Style Seafood and Sausages Rice






















Ingredients :

300 g Basmathi
1 onion sliced
garlic
green chili sliced
50 g peel prawns
50 g calamari rings
100 g crad
2 sausages
coriander leaves
salt
pepper
1/2 tsp tumaric powder
cloves, cardamom and cinnamon


Method :
1. Cook the rice separately with spices.

2. Head the pan.add onion garlic and saute,fallow with prawns,calamari cook the seafood

3. Add the rice and mixed ,mean while boiled the crab keep separately.

4. Finish the rice with season with salt and pepper,add coriander leaves.
