Sri Lankan Fish roe with Polos Badum















Ingredients : 

200 g fish roe
1 sliced onion
1 chopped garlic
1 tsp chili falkes
1/2 tsp tumaric
150 g of boiled baby jack fruit ( polos)
chopped tomato
chopped spring onion
salt and pepper
1 tsp oil
Method : 
1.  cut the fish roe in to pieces,

2.  heat the pan,add the onion,garlic and curry leaves,saute for few minutes

3.  meanwhile boiled the polos with traumatic and salt for 30 minutes,take off the fire and keep a side.

4.  add the fish roe and mixed with all,add the polos and some water

5. bring it to boil cook for 5 minutes till the fish roe get cook.

6. fallow with salt and pepper, finally add chopped tomatoes and spring onions

7. mixed well,finish with salt and pepper
