Ingredients 3 bananas 1/4 c sugar 1/2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 squares peanut brittle (Peni kadju) optional Vanilla ice cream Method : Peel and slice the bananas. Coarsely chop the peanut brittle. Melt sugar on a heavy bottom pan under low heat till it caramelizes. Add the butter. Next add the bananas and cook for minute or so. Serve hot over ice cream topped with peanut brittle.
