Apple And Lemon Sharbat























INGREDIENTS: 
  • 10-12 tbsp Lemon
  • 75g Honey/Sugar
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 lit Apple juice, chilled
  • 1 lit Water , chilled
  • Mint leaves, from a large bunch
PREPERATION:
  • Stir the lemon juice and honey/sugar in a small saucepan over a low heat. Leave to cool.
  • Halve and core the apples and cut into small chunks. Mix the juice, water and lemon syrup together and add the apples and the mint (tear some of the mint leaves and keep others whole).
  • Add ice if you like, pour into glasses and serve.
