SHRIMP WITH CASHEW NUTS
INGREDIENTS
- 200g shrimp
- 100g cashew nuts
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 2 tap soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Lime juice
- Oil
- Salt
METHOD
- Remove shell from shrimp, wash and drain.
- Season shrimp with pepper, lime juice and salt, marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Fry cashew nuts until light brown, drain and set aside.
- Cut onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces.
- In deep hot oil, fry shrimp until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix chicken stock, soy sauce, salt and corn flour together
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan put onion, garlic, and ginger saut?' about 30 seconds.
- Put sauce mixture and cook until boil and thicken.
- Then add fried shrimp, cashew nuts and cook one more minute.
