INGREDIENTS
- 250 g shrimp
- 3 green onions
- 1 red onion, slices
- 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp chili sauce
- Oil
- Salt
METHOD
- Remove shells from shrimp, put into a deep hot oil fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towel.
- In a pan heat 2 Tbsp oil in medium heat, put garlic and saut?' about 20 seconds.
- Add onion, crushed red pepper, salt and fry until onions are light brown.
- Then add fried shrimp, cut green onions and chili sauce
- Mix well.
- Adjust salt.
