PRAWNS CURRY
INGREDIENTS
- 500g shrimp
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green chilies, chopped
- 2 sprigs cilantro, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp raw curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt
METHOD
- Remove head from shrimp and wash well (If you like you can remove shells).
- In a pan put shrimp, onion, green chilies, cilantro, tomato, chili powder, curry powder, and turmeric powder and salt mix well.
- Put about 3 Tbsp of water and cook until shrimps are cooked.
- Add coconut milk and cook for one more minutes. Adjust salt.
