PRAWNS CURRY


















INGREDIENTS

  • 500g shrimp
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green chilies, chopped
  • 2 sprigs cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp raw curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt

METHOD

  1. Remove head from shrimp and wash well (If you like you can remove shells).
  2. In a pan put shrimp, onion, green chilies, cilantro, tomato, chili powder, curry powder, and turmeric powder and salt mix well.
  3. Put about 3 Tbsp of water and cook until shrimps are cooked.
  4. Add coconut milk and cook for one more minutes. Adjust salt.
