CAULIFLOWER CURRY
INGREDIENTS
- 1 head small cauliflower
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Sri lankan roasted curry powder
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1 tbsp Maldives fish
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup coconut milk Salt
METHOD
- Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
- In a bowl mix cauliflower, onion, green chilies, chili powder, curry powder, saffron, Maldives fish, curry leaves and salt.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan, put cauliflower mixture and cook for about 2 minutes while stirring.
- When the cauliflower is fully cooked, put coconut milk and boil it until the milk is absorbed.
- Serve with rice.
