CAULIFLOWER CURRY


















INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head small cauliflower
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Sri lankan roasted curry powder
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • 1 tbsp Maldives fish
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk Salt


METHOD

  1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl mix cauliflower, onion, green chilies, chili powder, curry powder, saffron, Maldives fish, curry leaves and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a sauce pan, put cauliflower mixture and cook for about 2 minutes while stirring.
  4. When the cauliflower is fully cooked, put coconut milk and boil it until the milk is absorbed.
  5. Serve with rice.
