INGREDIENTS
- 3 green bananas
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1 tsp Sri Lankan raw curry powder
- 1 piece cinnamon
- 1 tbsp onion, chopped
- 1 green chili slices
- 1tsp fenugreek seeds (ulu haal)
- Curry leaves
- cup coconut milk
- Salt
METHOD
- Peel and cut green banana into pieces.
- Put into a sauce pan and add other ingredients except coconut milk.
- Put about cup of water and cover the pan, cook until bananas are fully cooked.
- Uncover the pan add coconut milk and cook about 2 minutes.
- Adjust salt
