GREEN BANANA CURRY

















INGREDIENTS

  • 3 green bananas
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • 1 tsp Sri Lankan raw curry powder
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 green chili slices
  • 1tsp fenugreek seeds (ulu haal)
  • Curry leaves
  • cup coconut milk
  • Salt


METHOD

  1. Peel and cut green banana into pieces.
  2. Put into a sauce pan and add other ingredients except coconut milk.
  3. Put about cup of water and cover the pan, cook until bananas are fully cooked.
  4. Uncover the pan add coconut milk and cook about 2 minutes.
  5. Adjust salt
