INGREDIENTS
- 100g mushrooms
- 100g Green beans
- 1 leek
- 1 onion
- tsp raw curry powder
- tsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2-4 curry leaves
- Pepper
- Salt
METHOD
- Cut green beans, mushrooms, leek and onion into small pieces.
- Combine vegetables, curry powder, chili powder and salt together.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan put curry leaves, vegetable mixture, pepper, and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
