INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 3 green chilies 5 fresh curry leaves
- 2 clove of garlic
- 1 small piece ginger
- 3 Tbsp water Lime juice Salt
METHOD
- Grind green chilies, curry leaves, garlic, ginger and salt together to make a fine paste.
- Put coconut and water, grind well.
- Add lime juice and mix well.
- Serve with urad vadai or dosai
