COCONUT CHUTNEY

















INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 3 green chilies 5 fresh curry leaves
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 3 Tbsp water Lime juice Salt


METHOD

  1. Grind green chilies, curry leaves, garlic, ginger and salt together to make a fine paste.
  2. Put coconut and water, grind well.
  3. Add lime juice and mix well.
  4. Serve with urad vadai or dosai
