Ingredients
500 g wheat flour
150 g Potato (boiled and mashed)
3 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Red Chilly powder
Salt to taste
oil
Method
Mold wheat , salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee
Create small balls out of the dough.
Roll out into small puries
Prick the purees with a fork, and then deep fry it
Sprinkle red chilly powder, and serve as a dry snack during festivals.
