Ingredients
Fresh Ginger – (Thinly sliced)
1 ½ inch
Sugar
2 TSP
Lemon Stripes

Water
3 Cups
Tea Bags

Method
Clean the ginger and peel off the skin. Cut it into thin slices.
Combine water, sugar, ginger, and lemon peel strips in a saucepan. Bring to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Strain the ginger and lemon stripes using a strainer.
Place each tea bag in an each cup, immediately add simmering water mixture.
Cover, let steep according to tea package instructions. Remove tea bags and discard.
Serve this healthy tea immediately with some crackers.
