INGREDIENTS
- 250g bean or mung sprouts
- 1 red onion
- 1 Tbsp Maldive fish
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1 Tbsp oil
- Salt
METHOD
- Wash bean sprouts and drain.
- Put bean sprout into a bowl, add crushed pepper, Maldives fish, onion, curry leaves and salt, mix well.
- Heat oil in pan on medium heat put bean sprout mixture and cooks for about 2-3 minutes while stirring( don't cover the pan)
- Adjust salt.
