FRIED BEAN SPROUT
















INGREDIENTS

  • 250g bean or mung sprouts
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Tbsp Maldive fish
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • Salt

METHOD

  1. Wash bean sprouts and drain.
  2. Put bean sprout into a bowl, add crushed pepper, Maldives fish, onion, curry leaves and salt, mix well.
  3. Heat oil in pan on medium heat put bean sprout mixture and cooks for about 2-3 minutes while stirring( don't cover the pan)
  4. Adjust salt.
