Sri Lankan Fish roe with Polos Badum
Ingredients : 200 g fish roe1 sliced onion1 chopped garlic1 tsp chili falkes1/2 tsp tumaric150 g of boiled baby jack fruit ( polos)chopped tomatochopped spring onionsalt and pepper1 tsp oil
Method : 1. cut the fish roe in to pieces,2. heat the pan,add the onion,garlic and curry leaves,saute for few minutes3. meanwhile boiled the polos with traumatic and salt for 30 minutes,take off the fire and keep a side.4. add the fish roe and mixed with all,add the polos and some water5. bring it to boil cook for 5 minutes till the fish roe get cook.6. fallow with salt and pepper, finally add chopped tomatoes and spring onions7. mixed well,finish with salt and pepper
